Even as a young child in the school yard, I found myself talking to children about their visions for the future. If they were apprehensive, I talk to them until they begin to believe in a vision for their lives. Today, I am a bigger version of that little girl on the playground.

I still help people outline what they want and help them to believe they can have it. Then we put a plan and aspiration vision in place.
